Ice cream course for professionals
Science, entrepreneurship and innovation
The 20th-24th January 2020 we are hosting a week long ice cream course with emphasis on production, science and the knowledge required to be an ice cream entrepreneur.
You will obtain in-depth knowledge about the ice cream science and we will convert it to practicalities.
This course is for you if:
- you want to open an ice cream shop or have ice cream in your restaurant.
- already work in the ice cream industry and want to understand the use of ingredients to the fullest.
The full program is revealed October 1st 2019.
Classes are running from 9-17 Monday to Thursday and 9-15 on Friday.
The course is taught in English by Cathrine Østerberg
Each participant will receive Østerbergs newly published book “ice cream according to Østerberg”, a full compendium (in English), daily lunch and refreshments during the day. All produced ice cream can be taken home at the end of each day.
Price for entire week: 11.000 dkk + tax
Price for one day: 3.500 dkk + tax
